Shipping Policy

At Bhagi's Kitchen, every order is freshly prepared and dispatched with care. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines important conditions regarding delivery, responsibility, and risk transfer.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed, and delays during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options, subject to availability at checkout:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Other shipping options, if applicable
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to location, weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, regulatory restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, order weight and dimensions, and the selected shipping method.
Free shipping is currently offered on orders above Rs. 899, which may change later to Rs. 1499, subject to serviceability and ongoing offers.
If an order is partially cancelled, partially returned, or modified, shipping charges may be recalculated and deducted from any applicable refund.
Bhagi's Kitchen reserves the right to revise shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds at any time.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries only.
International shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines vary by destination and are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance charges
- Any fees imposed by destination country authorities
Orders returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed due to customs rejection, non-payment of duties, incorrect documentation, or customer inaction are non-refundable.
Bhagi's Kitchen is not responsible for customs-related delays or non-delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect accurately.
- Orders marked as "Delivered" by the courier, supported by tracking data, delivery confirmation, GPS logs, or delivery proof, will be treated as successfully delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may also be restricted from delivery to specific locations due to courier, regulatory, or logistical limitations.
Shipping Issues
Any shipping-related issues such as delay, damage, or loss must be reported to bhagiskitchen.helpdesk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items, or 48 hours of the expected delivery date for lost shipments.
Resolution is subject to investigation and approval by the courier partner. Bhagi's Kitchen is not liable for courier errors beyond its control.
Cosmetic packaging dents or minor oil leakage that do not affect product safety or usability do not qualify as damage.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional reshipping charges will apply, and any refund, if approved, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
Bhagi's Kitchen is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer-provided errors.
Additional Important Notes
- Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds.
- Reshipment of refused or returned orders, if approved, will incur additional charges.
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or failure to receive delivery do not qualify for refunds, especially for perishable goods.
- Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or compensation.
