Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bhagi's Kitchen, all products are freshly prepared only after an order is confirmed. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, and perishable nature of our food products, we follow a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team at bhagiskitchen.helpdesk@gmail.com.
- Once an order has entered preparation, processing, or has been dispatched, cancellations are strictly not permitted, regardless of the reason.
- Cancellation requests delayed due to customer unavailability, delayed communication, or change of mind will not be entertained.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified defective or incorrect items.
- Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence, for verification.
- Defective items do not include taste preferences, spice level variations, oil separation, aroma, texture differences, or natural variations inherent to handmade food products.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund will be processed excluding shipping, handling, and delivery charges, unless the return is due to a verified error or damage caused by Bhagi's Kitchen.
- Bhagi's Kitchen reserves the sole discretion to offer either a replacement or a refund, based on internal verification.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
3. Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, the original seal must be intact and untampered, and the return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- All food items are sold as Final Sale due to hygiene and perishability. Returns are not accepted except in cases of verified damage or incorrect items.
- Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any courier-related fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, except where the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
- Products that are opened, partially consumed, resealed, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable.
4. How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Replacement
Customers must email bhagiskitchen.helpdesk@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images or videos.
- Upon successful verification, return or replacement instructions will be shared.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our website. This policy helps ensure genuine orders, reduces food wastage, and allows us to maintain consistent quality standards.
Additional Important Notes
- Partial refunds, goodwill discounts, or compensation requests are not offered.
- Minor oil leakage, packaging dents, or external damage caused during transit do not qualify for refunds, unless the product is rendered unsafe for consumption.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste, expectations, or usage errors.
- Bhagi's Kitchen reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or replacements to customers with a history of excessive, suspicious, or abusive claims.
- Orders placed using false information or with intent to misuse policies may result in account restriction or order refusal.
